Try It Tuesday: Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Tom and Kyle SURVIVED! They tried Lura’s daily smoothie. Here’s the smoothie recipe for everyone to try:
- Handful of mixed berries (Lura used blueberries and blackberries; can be fresh or frozen)
- Handful of baby spinach
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (any kind, low sugar)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp stevia
- 1 cup of water
- Handful of ice
