Try It Tuesday: Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Tom and Kyle SURVIVED! They tried Lura’s daily smoothie. Here’s the smoothie recipe for everyone to try:

  • Handful of mixed berries (Lura used blueberries and blackberries; can be fresh or frozen)
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (any kind, low sugar)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 1 cup of water
  • Handful of ice
