Here are the rules for the 2021 Virtual Egg Hunt Rules!

The 2021 Virtual Egg Hunt will be open to those ages +18 and older.

Only one qualifier per household.

30 qualifiers (10 from 94KX, 10 from Eagle 107, 10 from 100.9 The
Valley) will be eligible for the grand prize.

Qualifiers will be accepted from March 22nd-April 2nd, 2021.

To be eligible to win any prize on a 94.1 WQKX-FM, Eagle 107, and/or 100.9 The Valley you must not have

won anything on 94.1 WQKX-FM , Eagle 107 or 100.9 The Valley in the past 14
days.
As a winner of a 94.1 WQKX-FM, Eagle 107, and/or 100.9 The Valley contest your voice, name and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast, or internet purposes without
any compensation to you.

Contestants who register to participate on our website may be
required to produce a printed copy of proof of registration before being
allowed to participate in the contest.

Prizes awarded are not redeemable for cash. No prize is transferable. No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of winner. 94.1 WQKX-FM, Eagle 107, and/or 100.9 The Valley reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value.

All winners of all contests are responsible for all taxes on prize awarded. All winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will be required to complete the appropriate tax forms at the 94.1 WQKX-FM, Eagle 107, and/or 100.9 The Valley studios prior to claiming the prize. All winners will be sent a 1099 MISC federal tax form if in one calendar year the prize value of all prizes won exceeds $600.

Any problems with the internet or email are not 94.1 WQKX-FM, Eagle 107, and/or 100.9 The Valley’s responsibility.
