October 27, 12-2 pm: 4th Annual Safe Trick or Treat at Mt. Carmel Farmers Market, route 61, Mt. Carmel. Stop out after the parade!

October 31, 5 pm: Locust Township Police Department’s Trunk-or-Treat, set up 5 p.m., begins at 6, behind municipal building, off Rt. 42; hot dogs and drinks for all trick-or-treaters.

October 31, 6-8 pm: Trunk or Treat, Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ parking lot, 260 E. Seventh St, Bloomsburg.
