• The Pets for Pink contest is open to 94KX listeners who live in a 50-mile radius of Sunbury Broadcasting, 1227 County Line Road, Selinsgrove.
• By submitting the photo, the individual has given Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation approval to posted that photo on the 94KX Facebook page.
• To participate in the contest, you must send us YOUR pet’s picture via email to the email pink@wqkx.com  from October 1-October 23, 2020.
• Deadline to send in your pets photos is 5PM, Friday, October 23, 2020.
• A team of judges will pick the top 4 favorites. These Top 4 favorites will be determined by creativity, uniqueness, use of the theme, and fun!  Voting does NOT begin until the Top 4 contestants are selected and announced.
• On October 26, the Top 4 pet pictures will be posted on Facebook. The photo with the most votes/reactions (likes, hearts) by October 29 at 9AM will be the Best in Show winner. Winner will be announced immediately after the voting closes.
• The Best in Show pet will win a grand prize valued at a minimum of $500.
• In addition to Best in Show, the three runners up will each receive prizes valued at a minimum of $150.
• While we do not require specific verbiage on your pet’s costume/outfit, the goal of your pet’s costume/design should be to promote Breast Cancer awareness.
• Decorate your pet/pets in PINK! All shades of pink are ok, and all colors are permitted in your design, but remember this promotion is called “Paint the Valley PINK!”
• All materials & mediums are welcome in your design. You are limited only by your own creativity!
• Photos will be judged by a committee of 3 judges picked by Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation. Judges decisions are final.
• Photos to be submitted must be clean/appropriate by 94KX and Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation standards. Photos that contain inappropriate content, language or actions will not be accepted or tolerated.
• Any problems with the internet or email are not 94.1 WQKX -FM’s responsibility.
• Families and Employees of Evangelical Community Hospital and Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation are not eligible to participate.
• Anytime you call the 94.1 WQKX-FM studios you assume that your call will be broadcast or recorded and you grant us permission to broadcast the call or record it for later broadcast.
• As a winner of a 94.1 WQKX-FM contest your voice, name and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast, or internet purposes without any compensation to you.
