Official Rules for Vacation Destination with Liberty Travel and 94KX/Eagle 107/100.9 The Valley

94KX/Eagle 107/100.9 The Valley and Liberty Travel beginning Monday, October 21st, 2019 and running through Friday, November 22nd, 2019, WQKX (94KX) will conduct a listener contest entitled “Vacation Destination with Liberty Travel and 94KX/Eagle 107/100.9 The Valley”.

1. Three of the Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation stations (WQKX, WEGH and WVLY) will conduct the contest between the hours of 6AM and 6PM every weekday, Monday through Friday, throughout the contest period. All on-air contesting will happen during the contest period.
2. Contesting will occur as follows: On Air qualifying – Listeners should listen to 94KX/Eagle 107/100.9 The Valley weekdays between 6AM and 6PM for the ‘cue’ to call in. When listeners hear the ‘cue,’ be the correct caller (#9 on 94KX and #3 on Eagle 107 and 100.9 The Valley) at 1-800-326-94KX/1-800-795-9565/1-800-729-1009.
3. That numbered caller will qualify to win the grand prize, which is a 7-night, all-inclusive stay at Hyatt Ziva OR the Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana in Punta Cana (listeners will choose which one) with airfare for 2 included.   Travel must be completed by November 30^th, 2020.
4. The grand prize winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries across the three stations (WQKX, WEGH and WVLY) on Friday, November 22^nd, 2019.  The drawing will be streamed live on the Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation Facebook page.
5. Contestants must have valid PA identification to be eligible to win and must present that to Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation upon request.
6. The contest is open to listeners 21 and older who are legal residents of Snyder, Union, Montour, Northumberland, Columbia, Lycoming, Perry, Dauphin or Juniata counties.
7. Full and part-time employees of Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation, any division of Liberty Travel or any other radio company and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this contest.
8. Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation, their representatives and assigns will not be responsible for any claims, liabilities or damages arising out of or in conjunction with any prizes won in this contest.
9. All prize winners relieve Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation, Liberty Travel and any other promotional partner from such claims, liabilities and/or damages.
10. Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation is not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for phone calls that are misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged or indecipherable.
11. All winners shall release to 94KX/Eagle 107/100.9 The Valley/Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation the right to use any recording, photography, email, Facebook posts or comments, texts, Twitter messages or other voice or data transmission associated with this contest.  This may be done for any and all promotional purposes associated with this contest. All phone calls to the 94KX/Eagle 107/100.9 The Valley contest lines, including: 570-286-7130, 1-800-326-94KX, 1-800-795-9565 and 1-800-729-1009 are recorded for use on-air at any time.
12. One qualifier per household. May only qualify one time.
13. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion MUST have a valid passport at the time of travel.
14. The winner is responsible for taxes; transportation to/from the departure location included.
15. Winner must provide Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation and Liberty Travel the winner’s social security number
16. The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
17. Included: Most meals & beverages, gratuities, and restaurant fees. Not Included: are items including and not limited to items of a personal nature; photographs, medical services, etc. Additional details are available by request from Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation and Liberty Travel.
18. Luggage fees will be additional and the responsibility of the winner.
19. The winner is responsible for transportation and parking from the airport.
20. The prize winner assumes all tax liabilities and may be subject to receiving a 1099-MISC for the 2019 tax year.
21. (WVLY/WEGH/WQKX’s live internet stream at wvly.com, eagle107.com and wqkx.com operate on a delay from its FM broadcast. Delay times vary and can be anywhere from 15 seconds to over 5 minutes. Please take that into account when participating in this and all contests.
22. Contesting occurs on WQKX, WEGH, and WVLY. There will be one grand prize awarded.
23. The total number of qualifiers can vary, with the maximum amount being 72. Odds in winning a prize are 1 in 72 if all are deemed eligible.
24. Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation has final authority in all disputes. Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation’s management’s decisions are final.
25. Anyone falsifying information, such as misrepresenting one’s age, identification, or other, will immediately disqualify them from winning any prize in this contest.
