One $35 wristband gets you access to TWO Beer Gardens, one at North 2nd and Market Streets (next to Lewisburg Hotel) and the other at North 4th and Market Streets (next to Barnes and Noble).  Wristband includes unlimited beer, wine and distilled beverage sampling, barbeque wings, and live music.
